We first engaged Election Consulting Group to conduct our ballot process in 2009. They were subsequently engaged again for the 2010 elections. Our voting member base is quite large.
Essentially the brief to Election Consulting Group was to provide full project management for the election process. Their fee included provision of services for an Internet and Postal Ballot. This included design and print of envelopes, ballot papers, candidate statements and instruction material, coordination of all outbound and inbound postal processes, all mailhouse processes and inbound postage and helpdesk facilities.
The design of our voting process either by mail or internet is done in a manner that is not over complicated for our members to follow. In the event that a member requires assistance Election Consulting Group provided helpdesk resources to assist members.

The Aged Care sector in NSW required the industry provide new Enterprise Agreements to their employees within a short timeframe. A number of small to medium sized facilities approached Election Consulting Group to provide electronic services.
