Returning Officer

• Ideal if you have worked for a STATE Electoral Commission or the AEC
• Interested in new methods of voting and E-democracy
• Solid word, excel and database skills
• Can demonstrate sound research, analysis and critical thinking skills
• Managed small and large Government and/or Commercial projects end to end, developing clear plans and timeframes for project implementation.
• Work as a team member to provide guidance and training to DRO and Polling Officials
• Operate professionally, ethically and with integrity
• Have the ability to listen, be positive and flexible in response to change

Deputy Returning Officer

• Ideal if you have worked for a STATE Electoral Commission or the AEC
• Interested in new methods of voting and E-democracy
• Want to develop your career to be a Returning Officer
• Demonstrates good client-facing skills

Polling Official

• Worked in Government or an organisation; in a “hands-on” role with in respect to Elections
• Good word, excel and data entry skills
• Able to follow and execute clear rules and procedures provided by the Returning Officer
• Attention to detail and accuracy is highly regarded
